The open source project Palladio has released the latest version of its software architecture simulator "Palladio-Bench".
A few weeks before the upcoming Palladio developer meeting (Joint Kieker/Palladio Days 2013), the Palladio open source project has released the latest version of its software architecture simulator "Palladio-Bench".
The Palladio release of version 3.4.1 is a maintenance release that provides over 30 bugfixes and corrections of existing features. In addition, the analysis tools have been improved: The performance prototype framework ProtoCom now supports more fine-grained performance sensors on a component-level basis, and the performance simulations include a new sensor that reports the resource utilization over time.
Palladio 3.4.1 is based on Eclipse 4.2 (Juno) and is available for download at the website or the Eclipse marketplace.
The open source project "Palladio" has over 80 active developers, contains over 200 plugins and features more than 1 million lines of code. The core team of Palladio is with the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) and the FZI Research Center for Information Technology in Karlsruhe, Germany, as well as with the University and the slab in Paderborn, Germany.
